In another move into the Middle Eastern retail industry, GETC has recently completed a series of store fit-outs for the Dubai based homewares retailer.
As this retailer was a newcomer to the homewares industry, GETC was trusted throughout their expansion into the market, working with procurement teams during the development of several new stores to ensure systems were manufactured, delivered and installed on time and without compromise.
Contracted in the first planning stages of the redevelopment undertaking, the team at our head office in Shanghai provided their expertise, helping to develop a variety of custom merchandising systems and ensure the packages supplied were suitable for the differing space allowances within the stores.
The stores generally offer high-end products to the public, and as such, the development teams requested a higher level of finish than typically required—utilising solid timber, glass, lighting and specialist metal finishes through the various systems supplied.
The items supplied included a full suite of custom steel and joinery merchandising display stands. Our engineering teams worked closely with the architects and store development teams to carefully establish the correct finishes for each of the custom items and ensure the longevity and quality of the systems from a manufacturing standpoint.
