Developed by MONNO and designed by Rothelowman, the $125 million project blends heritage architecture with contemporary coastal living, centred around the restored 1848 St Helens mansion. With 53 residences spanning four unique buildings—The Acreage, Nautica House, The Arbory, and Park Row—Stella Maris sets a new benchmark in luxury waterfront living.
GETC was responsible for the complete design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke joinery throughout the development. The scope included custom kitchen cabinetry with integrated appliances, butler’s pantries, wardrobes, vanities, study nooks, wine storage, and architectural wall panelling—each crafted to reflect the project’s refined material palette and coastal aesthetic.
Working closely with Rothelowman and builder Ireland Brown Constructions, GETC’s in-house team ensured every detail aligned with the architectural intent while maintaining the functionality and durability expected in high-end residential spaces.
Precision manufacturing was carried out across GETC’s network of facilities, with strict quality control processes in place to meet the project’s premium standard. Logistics and installation were carefully scheduled to align with construction milestones across the four buildings, with completion on track for late 2025.
As the joinery works near final stages, GETC’s contribution is instrumental in delivering the craftsmanship and elegance that defines Stella Maris. This project continues GETC’s legacy of excellence in bespoke joinery for architecturally significant, design-led developments across Australia.
