GETC is proud to have partnered with Cedar Pacific, Richard Crookes, Nettletontribe, Dowse Projects and UniLodge to bring UniLodge Kensington to life—Sydney’s newest Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) designed to enhance student living with premium comfort and functionality.

Located in Kensington, just minutes from UNSW and key transport links, this 503-bed facility offers a balance of private rooms and vibrant communal spaces, providing students with an exceptional living experience.

GETC was responsible for delivering the complete loose furniture package across student rooms, common areas, and staff facilities. Every piece was designed to integrate seamlessly in partnership with Nettletontribe & Cedar Pacific with the contemporary vision of the project while meeting the practical needs of student living.

From custom-built study booths and storage solutions to durable and stylish lounge seating, dining sets, and soft furnishings, each element was carefully selected to ensure comfort, longevity, and a cohesive aesthetic.

Additionally, we furnished key communal spaces, including the gym, cinema, study zones, lounge areas, and rooftop terraces, creating an environment that supports both study and social connection.

Working closely with all involved project partners, our team designed and manufactured custom furniture solutions that seamlessly integrate with the contemporary vision of this world-class facility.
