GETC has delivered the complete joinery package for ‘the Sebel’ hotel complex — located at Mason Square on the former Moonee Ponds market site.
GETC was thrilled to be awarded the entirety of the joinery contract for the Accor Groups Sebel Moonee Ponds, a 97-apartment project being developed as part of a major urban renewal precinct know as Mason Square on the former Moonee Ponds market site.
The Accor Groups Sebel Moonee Ponds forms part of the Mason Square stage 2 development, a major urban renewal of the former Moonee Ponds market site. Developed by Caydon, the overall project provides more than 1,200 residential apartments across a 1.34ha site in the heart of the Moonee Ponds retail core.
The 97 apartment facility was constructed to service the ever growing tourist industry in Melbourne’s inner northern suburb of Moonee Ponds. GETC worked in conjunction with LU Simon and Caydon internal project and design teams to bring the entirety of the joinery package to life.
Kitchens, kitchen islands, robes, study desks, storge units, bathroom vanity and mirrored cabinets were just the start of the package delivered. High end 2pac and laminate finished were employed in the well-presented design to offer eventual guests of the project a 4-star experience.
GETC is proud to of been involved with the delivery of the brand-new Accor group property and look forward to it being the first of many with the industry leading Accor group and their extensive list of accommodation brands.
