GETC Consolidated was once again asked to partner with ADCO Constructions to help deliver the $65 million multi–story student accommodation precincts Joinery & FF&E requirements.

The project specifications, delivered by NettletonTribe and ADCO Constructions—nominated a vast range of kitchen configurations in a multitude of differing finishes, in addition to the supply of all tables, cupboards, TV units, shaving cabinets and many of the wardrobes throughout the complex.

The GETC project team was able to work in conjunction with all parties involved including ADCO and installations crews to ensure that all goods, from delivery through to placement and installation were managed and coordinated to ensure a seamless delivery of all aspects of the GETC project scope.

Careful planning and scheduling were critical throughout the manufacturing and project delivery phases—with all items being packed in individual export cartons and labelled according to room number and associated tracking detail. Previous experience allowed GETC to manufacture & supply all project items within just six weeks

Due to our large and ever–expanding knowledge in the Project Supply and FF&E areas particularly for large student accommodation facilities, GETC will continue to be the natural choice for our construction partners here in Australia.
