GETC has recently completed its latest student accommodation project at EPIISOD Macquarie Park, delivering a comprehensive joinery and furniture package for the development. Located in Sydney’s Macquarie Park education and innovation precinct, the project represents the inaugural Australian residence under the EPIISOD brand and sets a new benchmark for design-led, community-focused student living.

Engaged early in the delivery phase, GETC worked closely with the project team to supply coordinated interior solutions that balanced durability, functionality and contemporary design. The scope included custom joinery elements and loose furniture across resident rooms, communal lounges, study areas and shared social spaces, ensuring a consistent aesthetic and performance standard throughout the building.

The joinery package was designed to maximise space efficiency within student rooms while supporting daily use in a high-occupancy environment. Integrated storage solutions, robust finishes and clean detailing were key considerations, delivering interiors that are both practical and refined. These elements were carefully aligned with the overall interior design intent to create calm, functional spaces that support study, rest and everyday living.

Delivered in line with construction and handover milestones, the combined joinery and furniture package contributed to a seamless project outcome and a cohesive interior environment.
