GETC successfully partners with UniLodge to delivery one of the worlds tallest dedicated PBSA facilities. GETC has again successfully partnered with UniLodge and Cedar Pacific for the delivery of the 988 bed PBSA facility located on Elizabeth Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Standing as one of the worlds tallest dedicated student accommodation buildings, the 52 story state of the art facility boasts some of the industry’s most lavish amenities with the benefit of being conveniently situated close to all major universities in Melbourne.

Communal areas include spacious lounge areas, fully equipped gymnasium, wellness centre, creative workshops, dedicated study spaces and a rooftop terrace. The student apartments include the typical variety of single & twin studio configurations alongside and four & five bed cluster apartments.

GETC was once again chosen to delivery the entirety of the loose FFE package for the complex—including all items for apartment spaces, common areas and the administrative offices with in the building.

GETC worked closely with all stakeholders of the project to custom design and manufacture all items specific to the building needs.

Every piece within the Furniture specification was meticulously matched in close consultation with the client & architect, including; powder coat, paint & timber finishes through to the classification of the upholstery.

GETC supply package included but not limited to all of the task chairs, beds & mattresses, sofas, custom made common area and room dining and side tables, custom designed arm chairs, game tables, cinema seating, ottomans, all waste bins and a custom manufactured administrative fit out for the UniLodge staff.
