GETC and the team at Cedar Pacific, Icon Constructions, NettletonTribe & UniLodge partnered to deliver another state-of-the-art PBSA facility located In the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

GETC was tasked to deliver the entirety of the loose furniture package for both the rooms & common and staff areas of the brand-new facility.

The 652 bed facility comprised of studio & 4 bed cluster style rooms and an array of well-considered communal spaces. The state-of-the-art facility included a gym, cinema, designated dining, coworking, games rooms and a plethora of outdoor terraces spaces.

GETC worked closely with all stakeholders of the project to custom design and manufacture all furniture items specific to the building’s needs. The design brief by the talented NettletonTribe firm for the furniture and interior package was to pay homage to the heritage retained Art-deco façade on site that used to be home to a print works.

Rich walnut timber and bronze accented table frames, velvet furniture covering we’re designed and manufacture along with 70’s inspired hanging bubble lounge plus much more.

The package was diverse and well considered, allowing GETC to showcase our manufacturing capabilities by successfully delivering on a large array of finishes and materials throughout the loose furniture package.
