GETC supplied the complete Joinery package for UniLodge’s 714 bed development at Latrobe Street in Melbourne’s CBD.

The sites well placed position in the vibrant inner-west end of the city showcases the best of Melbourne laneway culture and world beating shopping districts.

The project was designed to include a vast range of room types includes, studios, twin share and 6 bed cluster apartments.

GETC worked in conjunction with all stakeholders to delivery on a well-considered furniture package for all room and communal spaces which including, but not limited to a cinema, co-working space, designated dining, event & communal breakout areas.

Due to the large array of communal and student spaces in the new development, the site commanded a diverse and versatile suit of items.

Games tables, sofa lounges, large ottomans, coworking suits, breakout chairs, dining, coffee & breakout tables, beanbags, custom designed and manufactured entertainment buffets were all included in the package.
